TFAA has been in business for over 16 years. We now have over 660 private students enrolled. Lately, we’ve had to compile a waiting list because our existing teachers are more or less full.
We are always looking for amazing teachers in guitar, piano, drums, voice, band, and orchestral instruments to join our TFAAFAM.

Strong Candidates should have:
University training and / or substantial training in your instrument.
Experience teaching private music lessons to children and adults is preferred.
Ability to teach a variety of styles and genres
Plans to remain in the area and commit to this position for at least a few years
Reliability, punctuality

WE GET YOU NEW STUDENTS
Students can come and go. AT TFAA, we are constantly advertising and marketing to keep our teachers' schedules as full as possible. Even in the summertime, we are very busy booking new students.
While your schedule is getting full, we do our best to help consolidate any temporary gaps. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒋𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔’ 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 typically 95% 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍.
A FULL TIME OFFICE STAFF TO HANDLE ALL UNPLEASANT ADMIN STUFF - ALL YOU HAVE to DO IS SHOW UP AND TEACH
We have friendly office staff who are extremely organized. They are able to handle all the unpleasantries associated with private teaching: from collecting tuition, scheduling makeups, recitals, etc.
This means all you have to do is just show up, teach, and get paid. Our staff is able to take care of everything else and handle awkward situations in regard to tuition collection or scheduling. Driving all over town for a couple lessons, trying to remember who is months behind on tuition, and trying to protect your time against student cancellations with no pay are all problems of the past.
YOUR TIME IS RESPECTED AND YOU ARE PAID WHEN STUDENTS CANCEL FOR ANY REASON REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH NOTICE.
Most studios will not pay teachers if students cancel 24 hours in advance. Or teachers need to do private makeups for student cancellations. We value your time and commitment to be there for your students. So our teachers are paid regardless of whether students cancel, no show, or provide more than 24 hours notice. Our teachers like knowing what their paychecks will be every month.
FREEDOM TO TEACH HOW YOU LIKE Our teachers are independent contractors. It’s 100% up to you how you would like to teach your students.
ACCESS TO BOOKS AND MUSIC SUPPLIES
We have the ability to order whatever you and your students need. If you have a unique method book that you use, no problem. We can get that for your students.
MULTIPLE WAYS TO HELP YOUR STUDENTS PRACTICE
Are you frustrated with getting your students to practice? We have a couple of different licensed programs free for you and your students to use that are guaranteed to help inspire and motive them to practice more. Students that WANT to practice are a lot more fun to teach than students who don’t.
COMFORTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL TEACHING ENVIRONMENT
We provide our teachers with a beautiful, comfortable, spacious teaching rooms. Plus, we have coffee, and high speed WIFI for you to use and help with online lessons.
OPEN AND FREQUENT COMMUNICATION
Our office staff will let you know details about a new student to help you prepare for your first lesson. We also notify you and give as much notice as we are given regarding student cancellations. That way you are always in the know and not left wondering what’s going on with your schedule.
FAMILY TYPE ENVIRONMENT
We are constantly creating opportunities for instructors and staff to get to know one another and support one another. A lot of our teachers are also friendly and helpful. So if you have a question about a particular student; or if you are frustrated with trying to teach a student, our teachers are here to help provide valuable advice to solve your issues.
